by the name i guess its japanese pickups , but is it japan or usa pick ups

I own the same guitar, same color. Black is the rarest of Jap colors believe it or not. The stock pickups a just OK, low output, vintage sounding, but the pots and cap are what really limit this guitar.I put duncans and cts pots in mine and it rivals anything in my arsenal. String alignment in relation to the dots is always spot on with jap strats. Ive seen usa CS strats that have the d stringtoo close to the dots and the Hi E string hanging off. Never see that on a Jao strat

Great Jamming! Use your wrist to pick, not your whole arm. Using your whole arm will slow you down and may cause injuries if you tense up. The jamming is great, I just don't want your technique to restrict you. Nice John Mayer!
