Continued...they would surely have fouled the ships rudder at the start of the turn. The real thing would have been a mess, especially after crashing the ship to the pier.
I do love the models though, and congrats to their skippers for showing them. Sorry for my criticism I spent some time docking ships in Baltimore harbor, big tractor tug fan though all rc ships are AWESOME!

FAIL fail fail! I know it can't be easy to do it, but that was very poor docking. 2 Tugs and an assist? This could have been done with just one MAYBE two tractors...provided the shop used thrusters...
Is this supposed to be a dead tow exercise or something?
Failed first with the hull rubbing on entry...why would a ship that size be allowed there? Second when both stem and stern rubbed dockside cranes...Big NONO. Didn't help any with the assist tug almost squashed...
