I just so love Franco Corelli's voice! Always a wonderful blessing to hear such magnificence! Thank heavens for modern technology ... I am always reminded of the fact that had Thomas Edison not invented the phonograph I would never have had the chance to hear this stupendous voice!

Maestro Corelli acted on camera to an earlier recording because a TV studio would yield horrible acoustics usually. He also was considered his best in the 60's era. One hopes to preserve the better of the best when recording oneself also.
