all depends on how high it goes if your wanting a protective case go with the defender series although it is not waterproof it is drop proof up to about 15 feet

is this close to indestructible? like can i kick it in the air have it land in concrete and it wont be damaged? and also is it waterproof?

Not at all. You'd want the Defender. Not waterproof though.
