There are many interpretations of this song. To me, its about being scared to commit. When she talks about not wanting to miss her prime and that "Time will fly, upon my baby's back", I get the sense that she's worried about life passing her by. She says "I'm in thoughts, I write songs. I'm in love, I walk on." This, to me, means that every time she starts to get close to someone, she leaves. This song makes me cry. It's my theme song <3

Someone PLEASE explain to me what the story is behind thus beautiful piece of music!!!!!! I cried when I listened to it and then (I'm a dancer) choreographed an AMAZING dance to it...its so powerful the ideas just flowed out of my body! I finished in 10 minutes...(: SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME!!!!!
