Guys! I found the fix! In the folder, Mellienare, you should see a file called, 'Put in minecraft.jar(If Forge Is Absent). Open that, the go to '%appdata%'. Open up the minecraft.jar in the bins folder with winrar, and drag everything inside of the 'Put in minecraft.jar(If Forge is Absent) folder, into the minecraft.jar winrar archive. Thumbs up so people can see :)

if this does'nt work for you, tips: for Modloader, if you already have 'mods' folder, delete it and run Minecraft. MC should make it's own, new 'mods' folder without bugs and it should all work. for Millenaire, download Millenaire mod AND Millenaire Installer, unpack and run Millenaire Installer and in left down window there is Download/Select/Install. click install, wait and run Minecraft to check if everything is ok and the mod is in the game. worked for me:)
