@lovefink Books usually are, but I still did enjoy the movie a lot, mostly because of Malcolm. Preferred the book nevertheless.

It's called "Bye Bye My Crisis" and is by the Knight Sabers. It's from an '80s Japanese animated series called Bubblegum Crisis that is basically an homage to Blade Runner.
