A game it take too much time...I mean the PC can manage to do a lot of things inthime that you can control only one think per time...

In the original crusader; when you turned the camera, the buildings turn with it, I thought that could easily be fixed 7 years later; then the game would have worth it. Still a good game but only because the original was great, extreme adds little, except for an incredibly frustrating new difficulty.

im a bit dissapointed with extreme its almsost completely the same as crusader, one is made in 2001 and the other 2008 is it>?
nearly so the same and only that you can have 10k troops over the first version about 1k. Anyway i completed extreme and i almost never needed to get more than 1k troops to win. And those special powers you have on right top side its so lame just sad. Original Stronghold Crusader is so better.

All these extra thousands of soldiers seem pretty chaotic to control... What made me really annoyed in the original Stronghold was the fact that theoreticaly an unlimited number of soldiers could actually stand in the very same place. So if there was an army marching throught a narrow passage or something like that, they all just squeezed into one looong queue an then just sort of poped out of thin air again... LOL
