MUGEN WIPs: Cyborg vs Mandarin

Here's a preview of a couple more ScruffyDragon WIPs now in production: Cyborg by MamboJambo, and Mandarin by McCready & Buyog.

If both of these WIPs look a little rough around the edges, that's because they are; some of Mandarin's sprites are still placeholders until Buyog does the finished edits. Mandarin has a few basics and a "Poison Gas" move, Cyborg has nearly *all* of his basic attacks but no special moves yet.
