  • tooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo slow...

  • tone was good, but i could have flown to china and back before she finished ^_^

    i like it fast

  • @scottgilesmusic Are you sure? Every carbon fibre cello I heard has the same harshness to the sound.

  • the hall is not very resonant, its very flat and dead..its not the instrument...-- p.s. spent my winters in Ottawa-

britannia actually--was a local hero guitarist before i took up cello...i like to play this a bit faster and with out stops..in the section leading into the pull-offs at the end i like to play very intensely...i get a more "romantic" feel to your interpretation. nice work

  • A friend of mine think the problem isn't the bow but that the mic is too close. That's a good point! I don't know if that is, indeed, the case, but the sound isn't that far off.

  • There's a certain harshness to the sound that may not be from the cello but perhaps the bow. The upper partials of the harmonic series have an almost scrambled sound and that's why I'm thinking it is the bow.

Excellent fingering; efficient. Left hand technique is really well done.

  • I can't believe you recorded all the cello suites, thats brilliant! I'd love to see you playing without the music though I cant help but feel it would help complete your interpretation. :)

  • I Like her playing.. some frases i would play different but everyone is allowed to play in their own style :) .. would be Great to have a toturial how to play that.. i cant read notes and dont know how and when to change positions ;( i can play it to 2:14 and im working on that part right now.. :)

  • her style is all her own - it shouldnt be a matter of like or dislike. Too bad that 33nekdo does not like.

  • sory i dont like how you r playing at this video... -.-
