  • I never owned a copy of Amazing Fantasy #15. Sorry that you let your coverless copy go back in the seventies, but I have let a few comics go and regretted it later.

Of course you are right about Kirby the King. One of my favorite Kirby covers is Fantastic Four #51 (This Man, This Monster).

A great vlog, Steve. The Silver Age rocks!

  • @MusicFanMark I love that cover too, it was definitely one of Kirby's finest and most dramatic! Comics can still be great, but they were at the very best during the Silver Age. Thanks for stopping by, have a great week! :)

  • silver age was the best for both marvel and dc for me

  • @congaking100 It was a great era for super hero fans, definitely! :)

  • that batman comic is so sick my grandpa give it to me and its amazing

  • Thanks, it's one comic I really treasure :)

  • I know how you feel. I had all the Marvel Silver Age books collecting from 1972 till about 1992 when I sold them. Then in 2003 I started getting them back from EBay. And now I have most of them back....can't beat the Silver Age! Thanks for another great vid!

  • I sold my comics collection too. It turns my stomach too. Oh, well. I've never been able to get them back. I enjoyed your tales of the Silver Age.

  • None that I want to see, but check out ebay and other websites, you're sure to find them there. Also, keep a look out for conventions in your area, they're great fun and you can find tons of silver age comics (see my MegaCon videos). Happy hunting!
