CCP is forcing in new content to the game,and still there is a lot to be balanced and fix.Here are my 2cents on this....

I don't know why you said the vigil is useless, it's the fastest frigate and it's the best at kiting. A well flown vigil can kill any t1 frig.

@EveOnlineGameplay beam lasers or arties + MWD + disrupter + 2 MAPC + DCU + web or TP + 2 or 3 tracking rigs. The kestrel is an AB frig killer. On a final note, online is one word, not 2.

@elidude12 Interesting,so you saying that your td and mwd fit will not have cap problems ? especial whit lazors?Nither beams or artys on vigil do not have dps to brake active tanking frig,and cap problem of that frig is more than huge if you run mwd only and even more whith TD.BTW i did fix name" online",THX.PRAZ

I liked your video but I don't agree that the frigates need to be changed or re-balanced. Each race has t1 frigates that cover the main roles in EVE (tackling, mining, probing, combat) and introduce players to the game. Then for people who want to stick with frigates and get serious about pvp there are all the specialized t2 variants. If all the t1 frigs were just like the Rifter then pvp would be boring and no one would bother flying t2.

@EveOnlineGameplay since you should be out of there web range and web range you could switch the web to a small or micro cap booster (whichever fits). Also with the keep at range command set around 17km just pulsing the MWD will work to stay away and if the pilot is stupid they will approach with 0 transversal bringing your dps to about 70 - 75 with long range ammo.

I love the vigil :D It's like a really cheap interceptor. If it had room/hard points for 3 launchers it would be amazing.
