Eddie Kowalczyk singing, Bob Dylan's( Blowing in the wind) Bayshore N.Y. L.I. 4/22/09

Well this was from a show that Eddie Kowalczyk did in Bayshore at the Boultan center, L.I. N.Y. Got the privilege to get to see him a month before at The City Winery. He's been doing acoustic, solo small venues which is great! WRXP 101.9 and Matt Pinfield were responsible for getting him for some shows in the N.Y area, THANK YOU WRXP!!! This show was an even smaller venue. My friend Billy Lamont, poet, artist http://www.myspace.com/poetbillylamont check out, "We are the church" song by Billy on myspace. Bayshore is a town away so Billy went there and got 2nd row, amazing seats. Me my boyfriend Steve and Billy got to meet Eddie after show, meet and greet and got a pic with him. I have been a fan of these guys since 92 when Mental jewelry first dropped and when not cool peeps would say, "Live What?" NO LIVE THE BAND! You don't know what you're missing. Eddie's lyrics are so pure and spiritual and has definitely evolved over the past 17yrs now. We're all the same age and I feel like we've all grown up together not to mention a lot of their songs are a blue print to my soul and my boyfriends whom I've known for 20yrs sharing a long journey that finally brough us back to each other after almost 10yrs. apart. I got to say Eddie was a nice as I expected him to be genuine,real, spiritual and just cool! Thank you Eddie for coming to L.I. solo. We'll never forget it!

That's a terrible thing to say about one of the most distinctive voices to ever be put to record. I hope that girl receives an awakening one day.
