BLM Oregon refused to provide daily information on the horses captured and released throughout the roundup. This is information that has been provided to me at BLM roundups.
She said "crashy" not trashy. She was suggesting the horses in Sand Springs HMA are not right in the "mind." She said she thought it may have to do with inbreeding - yet, BLM captured and removed horses from this HMA despite being BELOW LOW AML.
