I have recently started using oxytrol patch 3.9 MG for OAB and  If you have any issues besides the IC, This is a God send I have stopped all other meds including prosed and sanctura ask your doctor if this can help you

@PuppyPetite Well I am more than just a little bit afraid to try another OAB medication. The ones that I have used in the past have seized my bladder. Having to get catherterized is very painful because my Ureathra is always inflammed.

IC is just a hopeless condition and I probably should just stay home.

I have done self cath in the past with a 13 French so I know., One time I overdosed on Pyridium + and Thats happned to me where My bladder wouldnt contract and I had to cath , however I have tried so many meds over The years and This oxytrol patch  is amazing, as The medicine is direct into your blood streem so It passes the liver and No Dry mouth effect

I went from urinating every 30 mins , now once every 3-4 hours It works

I was scheduled to run out Thursday July 15th and for some reason CIGNA declined Urelle again. On July 21 they approved it once again.

I still strongly feel patients should not have to ration and hoard medication so that they do not run out.

The way America treats it's sick, poor and elderly is a shame. We have Billions to give to Hati and nothing for our own people.

Damn I have very bad oab and limited bladder capacity, What are you taking now as far as meds are concerned? Too bad urised was taken off the market it was affordable and worked wonders for me

@PuppyPetite I have some Utira-C left. That is off the market too. Darcalma is another Blue die. Elmiron for IC, but it does not help. Lyrica and Meloxicam are my battleships. Zolpidem to put me to sleep.

Have you tried Vesicare and Detrol?

@georgegrasser Give it a chance to accumulate in your sysytem optimum effects of the patch are after about a week of letting the meds build up.

I wear my right on the center of my stomach, I am very happy with the results as nothing else ever helped me much
