  • XD, bullshit. That wasn't below parallel, but that was perfect fucking depth. That squat would have passed in any competition in the world and you can feel free to consult the other powerlifters on here that have commented (have 5+ years of lifting expirience each). Your username (if it's true) tells me that you are probably a freshman football player at some weaklings high school and you bitch at everybody on their form to make up for your very obvious physical weakness.   • I do football lifting and when i first did it my coach told me to rack the weight, and put lighter weight on, and yes i go very deep so football doesnt mean u dont go low

  • Well even though I max with an arch, I can hold my own flat backed. I have done 125's for 6-8 reps for sets and 150's for a couple of sets of 2-3 reps. Once again, all flat backed.  Although I may have had help with the 150's.

  • fuck i made a typo i meant that i have a higher dumbell pres than people who can bench what you can man sorry about that i suck lols.

  • i actually have a question foir you. how much can you dumbell press? you bench more than me on flat however i have a much higher bench press than a lot of people i know that can bench what you can. i have benched 125 pound dumbells per hand full rom no cheating flat yada yada i was just curious if you could bench like 160s.youd probably not be so good at dumbells since you bench with a big arch and i bench flat. im assuming the dumbell press youd totally lose your arch.how mch do u bench flat bk
