OHN MCCAIN: "Energy, it continue, at town halls, to be the number one issue on American's minds. And they want us to do something about the high price of a gallon of gas. They want offshore drilling, and they want to drill now. And I met with independent oil company executives recently that told me they could utilize existing facilities to increase our oil supply in a matter of months and build new facilities in a very short amount of time. Now that's what they say. I continuously see people say, well it wouldn't matter, it would take many years ect. That's not what the people who are in the business are telling me."
