  • hotty

  • 10 minutes of working out is really not enough it needs to be at least 25 minutes or more at a time.

  • try to lower ur cam baby

  • Vegans absolutely rock. Your words are absolutely correct sir.

  • Sumo Wrestlers have been known to eat before bed because your body just decides to store it as fat, Therefore there doing there job ( gaining weight) But the average American wants to lose weight So u might not want to eat 20 mins before bed more like an hr an a half so u can digest.

  • Things you should remove from your diet is: White bread, refined white sugar, meat, fried food, cakes, candies, gum, milk, tobacco, alcohol, diet pills, and negative thoughts. If your gonna eat meat, then eat fish, the small fish like whiting fish, sardines or red salmon. No Tuna

  • Eating all those meals are no good, it wears out your digestive system. Your stomach needs rest. Eat a very healthy meal that consist of: Navy Beans, Brown Rice,Tofu, Vegetables, Whole Wheat Bread, Vegie Burgers are good. For breakfast fruits like bananas, apples, pears, berries, oranges, grapes. Oatmeal is also good. Drink lots of water and try and drink the loose whole green tea. Go to Stashtea website, they have good teas there.

  • Yeah I take thoes pills. They also give me energy which they do seem to do. Yeah but I have lost 8 pounds using a 20 to 30 minute work out so yeah. Wel lkeep it up Mijal! That food advice isn't a bad idea either! Yeah well laters!
