On the morning of November 6th, 2010, over 200 people gathered at Shatto Park in Wilshire Center/Koreatown/Little Bangladesh to conduct a community cleanup. Two teams armed with brooms, trash bags, and graffiti removal supplies left from the park at 10AM. One team headed west down 3rd St. towards Normandie Ave. and the other headed south downVermont Ave. towards the Olympic Police Station.The two teams removed weeds, planted trees, donated food to the homeless, picked up all items of trash and eliminated all graffiti in sight.

This event was organized by WCBID, UDLA, CRA/LA, KYCC, WCKNC, the "Little Bangladesh" Community, LAFD and the LAPD Olympic Station.
