Pennsylvania Cancer rates have skyrocketed since the nuclear power plants have come on line

probably too many links here, but really only a drop in the river:

Philadelphia Region Has Most Reactors in U.S.
The Limerick plant lies about 21 miles northwest of central Philadelphia. But 13 nuclear reactors are within 90 miles of the city (see Table 1). The Philadelphia area has the largest concentration of nuclear reactors in the U.S., along with northern Illinois.http://www.radiation.org/press/limeri...

FIRST STUDY OF IN-BODY RADIATION BEGINS AT THREE MILE ISLAND
http://www.radiation.org/press/tmi110...

People died---and are still dying---at Three Mile Island.
As the thirtieth anniversary of America's most infamous industrial accident approaches (in 2009), we mourn the deaths that accompanied the biggest string of lies ever told in US industrial history.

The public was assured the government would follow up with meticulous studies of the health impacts of the accident.

In fact, the state of Pennsylvania hid the health impacts, including deletion of cancers from the public record, abolition of the state's tumor registry, misrepresentation of the impacts it could not hide (including an apparent tripling of the infant death rate in nearby Harrisburg) and much more.

The federal government did nothing to track the health histories of the region's residents.

In fact, the most reliable studies were conducted by local residents like Jane Lee and Mary Osborne, who went door-to-door in neighborhoods where the fallout was thought to be worst. Their surveys showed very substantial plagues of cancer, leukemia, birth defects, respiratory problems, hair loss, rashes, lesions and much more.

By 1993, TMI-2 had evaporated 2.3 million gallons of accident generated

radioactive water, including tritium (half life; 2.5 years) into the atmosphere despite legal objections from community-based organizations.

in June and July 1980, MetEd illegally vented 43,000 curies of

radioactive Krypton-85 (beta and gamma, with a 10-year half life) + other

radioactive gasses into the environment w/o scrubbers in place.

Jct: The book Deadly Deceit analyzed the death statistics around nuclear power plants and prove the point! We have to decommission nuclear. Only the Argentine Solution can fund the clean-up.

And no one is talking about the big dowsing we all got from Fuchishima..black out! Besides we've all been getting nuked over and over for decades. The coal fired plant where I live is dropping high levels of mercury in the rain water. The EPA takes water samples on a weekly basis.

Steady exposure to "negligible" amounts over a long enough time can cause great damage.

I saw something on 60 Minutes (or one of those kinds of shows) a few years ago about this invention that converted sand into electricity. This guy was pretty far along in refining his invention, was even using it to power a large office building........haven't heard anything about it since, but I suppose it would be hard for the elite to gather up all the world's sand real fast and hoard it.

Limerick Nuclear Plant’s electric goes to the grid, supplying only ½ of 1% of our nation’s energy. It’s sold across several states, but we face unprecedented use and abuse of our water. Limerick discharges dangerous radiation into the Schuylkill River ... and like other nuclear power plants it has permission for unrestricted use in the event of an accident or meltdown of all water sources. Nuclear plants profit, while the public faces water too radioactive to use. acereport . org /archives/186
