  • Hiyaaaa! Have you tried - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my auntie got really defined 6 pack abs and lost a lot of fat with it.

  • Hey there! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my auntie got great 6 pack abs and lost a ton of fat with it

  • Also, if u want the flax oil to work in your body you will need to make it water soluble. To do this mix it with Yogurt/cottage cheese or German quark. Otherwise, most of the flax oil you consume will simply be wasted.

  • don't buy grinded flaxseed becoz it goes rancid very quickly. Buy the non grinded and consume within 15mins after grinding. If you are getting the flaxseed oil, make sure its cold pressed and bottled in a UV protected bottle. The oil will go bad when exposed to light and air. Keep it refrigerated and consume the bottle with 3-months. Make sure the oil has a production date and consume by date. Never get hydrogenated flax oil as its extremely bad for your health.

  • i dont think she really knows

  • @AkinaInc Raw, freshly-ground flaxseed takes about 30 seconds to do. How is a tablet (factory made, on shelf) better than that?

  • @1965msmith No, it's *not* better than the whole, home-ground seed. A pill that's on a shelf somewhere that is not going to be better than the fresh meal. Sheesh.

  • @TheRogueMonk uncrushed flax seed will act as a laxative or fiber supplement, but all of the health benefits won't be available to you.

  • can i eat raw uncrushed sesame seeds?

can you eat uncrushed flax seeds?
