@boyeatworld Doesn't matter. Either way, it's insulting. Any other girl would be offended if they were asked "Are you transgender?". Now she knows that YOU think she looks like a man. That's not in any way flattering, and is not an appropriate question at any time/place. If she wanted to share that she was transgender, she would tell you. To ask it is like blatantly saying "I think you look manly" and sounds rude no matter what!

it's not like he said anything bad about her being transgender, he was just wondering. if he said EWWW IS SHE TRANSGENDER it would be rude and ignorant but i don't really think he was in the wrong here.

Ryan had no reason to question Katelynn's gender.
Ryan & Chett are those annoying high school jocks that have absolutely NOTHING better to do than to go through people's personal life.
