  • @apeezy1790 - This is just a creative overl-aod technique. Try not to get too caught up with the technical stuff. We mainly use this for hypertrophy gains or to simply spice up a strength workout.

    From an overall program design standpoint, I agree with your order of events. But, within a single set, we haven't found it matters as much. But, there's no reason why you can't adjust things to better fit what you feel is right.

  • @apeezy1790 How about complex training?? i.e.squats followed by squat jumps

    bench press followed by plyometric push-ups. If we stick to that order all the time, complex training wouldnt make sense, would it?. I agree with you for overall program design like Nick said but sometimes you need to mix up things to get different and better results...

  • Do you have a whole session of 747 exercises Nick or do you just throw one in each session. Is there a certain number of sets that you do as well? Thanks mi amigo!

    Very good point about the exercise sequence overall good Step-up routine.

  • should be doing power strength and endurance in that order, i would put the second exercise before the first
