Twelve-year-old Kevin Murphy, who received a heart transplant in 2009 at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford, is throwing out the first pitch at the Oakland A's-Toronto Blue Jays game Friday, July 31, 2009. In this video, the San Ramon, CA, youth talks about the excitement of this phenomenal opportunity. The Children's Heart Center at Packard Children's is the only hospital to perform pediatric heart transplants in Northern California.
