  • You made my day. I'm so glad someone forwarded this to me.

  • I use it a lot. Going back to the white of the paper just looks better than using white on top, and it allows me to be a lot freer and more spontaneous without worrying. Debi Watson

  • Does it noticably alter the surface of the paper?

  • If you rub it too hard, especially while wet, it will scrape the paper off or at least rough it up. You can lift gently till the paper is too wet, then let it dry, rewet it and lift a bit more, without tearing up the paper. Lifting without paper damage just takes gentleness and patience.

  • accordingt to a CBC documentary on cancer those magic erasers are very carcinogenic. I would recommend you wear gloves when handling that stuff.

  • This an untrue rumor that just keeps spreading.... Check out the snoopes website for the real story.

  • This is brilliant................does this work on acrylics?

  • @gomartmart I think the most grown up thing to do is tell her and mabey she can fix it. -jacobissoyummy ,

  • Good idea ! Thanks

  • Wonderful idea and it works.

  • i was playing baseball in the house one day and i accidentally scuffed one my moms paintings, so i tried to clean it off with the magic eraser my mom had recently bought and it took all the paint off :O she still hasnt noticed after like 3 years lol

  • I'm curious...why not just sketch in the boat at the beginning and cover it with masking fluid like Miskit? The stencil feels like color by numbers on your already lovely picture.

  • that. was. COOL! Thanks :)

  • Thanks! I've been using iMr. Clean, but this stencil was such a good tip!

  • Awesome, Debi! I'll share that tip with my watercolor students!
