Kayla and Kyle, twin Ancient Ones with the power to read each others minds, find their lives boring as their Noble parents keep them hidden so Dorjan does not discover they are Ancient Ones and try to destroy them. Against their parents wishes, they visit the castle and find the poor man, for whom they feel they must care. When danger threatens the man, the young twins must find help for him. But to whom can they turn?
