  • to be honest im not much of a sprinter lol,i aint fat lol i do sports its jus im not very fast and is there any tips u can give for me to improve on 100metres?

  • Learn the technique of sprint and do drills. Which helps me improve. There are alots of video in YouTube which are very helpful. Keep searching

  • You are 15yrs old and for a start to run at 12sec is very good. Get your technique right and do work-out or training progressively. hehee ... i start very late at 38 and learn from youngstera follow by smart training. You sure have potential.

  • Oh! I'm taking this video for them coz i have hamstring tendon tear. My frend came in 2nd (12.3) and his age range 45-49. He just ran the Asian Master and 2nd too. 1st in this video is from Japan surely below 11 something. I'm not sure.

  • Thanks for the lovely video recording,y friend. A great recollection of an interesting run. Masters Athletics is a test on your own abilities and fitness. Competing, to meet up with old buddies and make new friends. Best of all, when competition is elsewhere, one gets to travel, most times discovering new places/destinations&make new friendship. Competing in Asian/World Meets can be intense. Thus, high performance training is needed. As age is a limiting factor, Masters Athletics/Sports is more

  • Plymetrics, Run down hill to train neuromuscular efficiency, normal weight room routines, and of course train running form. I have been using these techniques for 2 years now and ive gone from a 5.17 40 yd dash to a 10.76 100m dash PR.
