I never was a fan of the Kelly Family. But this performance amazed me. Maite really gave her everything - this was adorable, beautiful and doubtlessly the best song of the evening.

Too bad they were the victims of a massive hate campaign from German tabloid Bild, aiming to push their own protégé Isabel Soares. In the end we got what we deserved: Corinna May and a 21st place in the contest. Serves us right for throwing away such a gem.

Look at 1:48 into paddy's eyes..i mean..the audience is simply boinnng at her and i just can taste what paddy's feeling in that moment..i just feel the constraint and the embarrassmen in the air, my final opinion? This was a song to win, the singer who sang it, was not. They werent victims of anything, this performance isnt a winning performance, lets face the facts, the song might be good, the performance wasnt,you cant simply go there and expect miracles when you bring a voice like this to it.

Thats what i feel..when you're a good singer the audience simply trust in your voice, because you're giving them confidence, you simply are shouting to them 'I know i can sing and i know im good'..they catch that and they simply know that you can sing, they know you will nail the song once you open your mouth for a 2 seconds period...this doesnt happen with maite..you are always afraid or expecting that she will screw it at some point..i even can see that feeling on his own brother paddy's eyes.

I feel sorry for them cause thats not what Kelly Family stands for..a few of them have quiet some pretty good voices, jimmy as i said, paddy, angelo, kathy..maite's voice is very shaky, it sounds she always nervous..iam sure shes not cause she has performed thousands of times..her voice its simply like that...shaky...doesnt inspires confidence..you dont feel safe, you cant trust in her voice, knowing that from the very first moment she opens her mouth the performance wont be great.

2:18 - Try one thing, try listen the back vocals since from this moment on...and try to ignore maite's voice - now 'that' could win a contest...try to hear jimmy's voice singing 'Ai, ai, ai, Wanna be, ai, ai, ai, Wanna be loved, Wanna be loved'...hearing it while reading this...could you do it without hearing maite?...if i try to listen the backvocals, it sounds awesome to me, to me that should have been the chorus, paddy along with jimmy.

For real, if you're gonna compete in a contest put your best members singing the main vocal..paddy or jimmy would had killed it and probably would had won the all thing.

Not tryin to criticizing Maite but she would be the one to say shes not the best one from the family..jimmy got a voice of volcano which could simply burn any singer that would attempt to sing right next to him,and paddy got a very distintive and enjoyable voice which could melt anyone's heart at home..they picked maite, ok.
