@liffysoul Hey anything above the high F# on the alto is known as the altissimo register. It is a whole seperate fingering system that varies from horn to horn. In order to master these you need to be able to be fluent on the overtone series. Also on the sax there are what are called multiphonix. Google these you should be able to find some instruction on how to use these techniques.

There are higher notes called the atisimo register which take syou there but needs lots of practice
