Depression and me is back almost feel like i have to right to feel sorry for myself how bad is that.

I can really relate. *HUGS*!! Apparently yesterday was the most depressing day of the year. I felt horrible and googled it.lol. Are there any hobbies you can start up? A new project or something? I like to set small goals for each day...Maybe write down small accomplishments you've made at the end of each week. You'll be surprised with the results. Things will pick up Dave, 2012 will be great. Hang in there.x

I hope it gets better Dave, these holidays where stressful for me, and i take care of people with Alzheimers so you can imagine dealing with families and their loved ones during Christmas and New years etc.. im just taking it slowly this new year.
