I was super disappointed (though not surprised) that I couldn't join up with Cerberus and The Illusive Man to defeat the Reapers in ME3. It didn't make him not a villain, it didn't even make him less of an antagonist really, and it was the thing I wanted to do. Sadly, without the money or vision to make games truly great, we'll be stuck without choice. :(

They should make a whole game about someone not accepting a huge important quest and watching the world fall down because of that choice.
