    Awesome video, I wonder how she overcame all distractions to keep focus on one idea. For me it's hard, always asking myself if the current course is the right one to follow. Overall, nothing happens as I am always changing it. I really have to correct that. Thanks for the upload!

    Fredisland - yes, Kim's company is very focused. They started out creating tools to manage employee equity options. They have expanded their capabilities, but all their new products are related to their core focus.
