Yeah it only coast 95 cents to kill of around 12 animals at a time but honestly, its so inhumane. Euthanasia shots should be the only legal means of killing them. its $80 but for real. Personaly i dont agree with killing them anyway.

22 seconds ago That's actually not true about the cost. Euthanasia by injection can cost much less than the gas chamber, as shown in a study published by American Humane Association. And also, a great number of animals in shelters are simply lost, not necessarily unwanted but not claimed in time. Many shelters kill lost pets without holding them the required 72 hours. Home Again microchip company says that about 1 in 3 pets will become lost in their lifetime.

This, my friends, is why you spay / neuter and adopt pets. Lobby for humane lethal injection as well. Most of the people HATE seeing healthy pets downed because overpopulation

I just about threw up watching this!! These are living breathing creatures. If you haven't the tiniest respect for an animal, how can you have respect for a human?

Do we gather the homeless and euthanize them? (well, I suppose some politicians wouldn't mind that.) But the point is, (I believe in God) if you don't, that is your business. I can't imagine standing before God and being asked, why did you kill those healthy animals? Because it was my job lord.

Sometimes I force myself to watch and I cannot understand how anyone can do this. The humane method of lethal injection is better than the barbaric gas chamber but why should any animal die that is healthy.  We really need to rethink this antiquated method of animal control. Everyone should watch this. Anyone with feelings for living beings may feel compelled to do more to change this. My reaction is sorrow initially then anger that our society can continue to allow this happen.
