WPP's planning guru and leader of the Group's Marketing Fellowship program, Jon Steel, recently recorded his views for a planning group in Latin America. In the video, he sets out his four guiding principles.
While it's aimed primarily at account planners, it's also a very relevant and insightful lesson for everyone involved in generating great ideas for clients.
