Actully you did tell the kids about Donald and Douglas mr. conductor when you told the kids the story of thomas crashing into the station master's house (Thomas Comes to Breakfast).

There's one part I don't quite understand. It's the part where Schemer has Schemee help Kara, Dan, and Becky make inprovements to their lemonade stand.
Schemee: "Lemonade goes up to 50 cents and cookies go up to 7.5 cents."
Kara: "There's no such thing as 7.5 cents."
Come on, Kara. Haven't you ever seen the musical "The Pajama Game?" "7.5. Cents" is one of the musical numbers.
