Le-Parkour is about finding simple ways from destination to another - that's what D.Belle wanted LP to be.

S.Foucan have added flips and tricks - then he realy renamed it :) Because with flips, it simply wasn't LP.(flip is not the easiest way to overcome an obstacle, don't you think? :-) )
