More than 250,000 anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries incapacitate individuals in the US each year. Reduce your risk up to 50%. This program will train you to react to potential injury situations and help you develop proper running mechanics and neuromuscular control.

Located in the center of the knee, the ACL provides stability to frontal and inward forces. Injury to the ACL is common during sports that require cutting and pivoting -- including, but not limited to, soccer, basketball and skiing.
Female athletes are up to nine times more likely (than male athletes) to sustain ACL injuries, due to neuromuscular imbalances, anatomic shape, and hormonal responses.

Anatomy and hormonal responses cannot be changed. Fortunately neuromuscular imbalances can be improved with a well structured ACL program.
