The Rams are at it again, with the Preseason wrapping up, here's a glimpse into some of the Rams workouts. Coach Daniel Roose is the mastermind behind the Rams program. The program melds together functional strength training with on-court conditioning. Auxiliary work includes boxing and Navy SEAL Training.
