great drumming i have drums for 8 years and suck pretty much, but can tell that u can get hand speed with proper exercise in short time, legs are harder to train...

well everything has its own training, i wouldnt say legs or hands are harder, its just the amound of time you dedicate to working on them and your phisical skills..
