Interview with Ingrid Lucia

The department of Music Industry Studies presents: Interview with Jazz Singer/Bandleader Ingrid Lucia. (Interviewed by Braden Piper)
Ingrid Lucia was raised performing in the streets of New Orleans with her family's traditional jazz band. They traveled the world together, from the circuses of Mexico, to streets of Paris. As a young adult she started her own band, The Flying Neutrinos, incorporating original material drawn from her roots, and adding new talent from NYC and New Orleans. Ingrid has a worldwide fan base and is admired and respected by her hometown musicians and fans. Her influences were musicians from New Orleans, American popular music from the 30's-50's, and old movies.
