My IS350 is Acting ghey... (Fixed)

"Oil Maintenance Required Soon" light comes on.
I had my oil changed when it was at 3050 miles. It's currently at 4528 miles and it gives me this warning light.

it's an '08 IS350..

turned out that it the warning light comes on at 4500 miles on a new car..

I haven't checked the oil level yet.. I'll check it. thanks.

maybe it had some cheap oil.

Guys, that's exactly what u got to do. Every time, oil is changed, reset the sensor. Per Lexus manual, oil change require every 5,000 miles or 6 months, which ever comes first.

Mines retarded like that too... I think the navigation warnings and the little display in the instrument panel have no connection to each other... I just go by what the instrument panel says

Same thing happened on my 08' Pontiac Grand Prix GXP. I had just got an oil change and it told me i had 1% oil life.

oo thats cool.

On my moms suv it tells you when you need oil and actually tells you when you need ur oil serviced like it has sensors that detect when the oil has been broken down or used to its limit!

Infiniti has gotten really high tech with there cars now!
