Big Mouth & Ugly Girl (1/2)

For a schools project we made a movie out of some chapters of the Oates-novel "Big Mouth & Ugly Girl".

What happened previously:
Matt Donaghy, a popular highschool-kid gets accoused of threatening his school. Suddenly his former friends avoid him, and only his disliked classmate Ursula Riggs stands up for him. She eventually manages to exonerate him, but Matt remains an outsider. He get's desperate and almost commits suicide in a nature preserve, but Ursula saves him.
That's the point the film starts.
