@ZunnyONe, Thanks for the vid. I knew it had to be an easy mod. rather than buying the premade part. My wife realy likes the 10/22 now, she always hated fussing with the bolt release to close it!

can you do me a favor. i did this mod. and now if i wack the butt with my hand or drop from 4-5 inches on the butt. my bolt releases. is it just me or is it maybe more popular but people dont test for this after this mod?

I had to grind it to a curve not flat to get mine to work but still good vid thanks for the help

You only need a special permit to make a gun FIRE full auto. All this does is eliminates having to push the release button to chamber the first round.
Awesome I was just about to buy one for mine.
