Bombman's surprisingly... not crazy. Everyone says he is in MMPU, so this was a bit of a surprise XD Anyways, next is Icey, right? =D

I blame Dr. Light. The man may have built sentient robots, but when you consider how practical he is, it's not surprising that he keeps screwing up Iceman's head every time he tries to repair him.

@tamaratan Iceman is the one who is messed up in the head like Spongetoon10 says. Bombman is just sort of a party animal.

Protoman does not need to charge. The shield protects you as long as Protoman has it in front of him.

Because he has a fatal energy defect and when Dr. Light offered to give some repairs, he distrusted him thinking he would change his personality.

His buster seems function without some kind of limiter (provided by the fact that Protoman can literally overcharge his buster and damage himself, even though he cannot do this in Powered Up). I think he also takes double damage and double knockback, but I think thats just for Megaman 9.
