The kit I use is an Ion Drum Rocker. It is a great kit that does not pad miss or double hit at all, offers a realistic rebound, and is nearly indestructable. http://rockbandparts.com/drum_rocker.html

I'm sure it has been answered before but is there anything on your yellow pad? I have the Ion Drum Rocker kit as well so I obviously know it doesn't come like that. Sorry if that is a dumb question.
