And listen money is a problem when it comes to the government...I believe it is way too intergrated into our system..but that doesn't mean I'll just give up on the system....thats why I was saying WE THE PEOPLE can group together and do something about it....but I don't know how you can say that the bill being passed through in congress is complete government control? How? There is no government plan...insurance companies were barely regulated...in fact their lobbyist practically wrote the bill

An investigation reported in the journal Nature in 2005 suggested that for scientific articles Wikipedia came close to the level of accuracy in Encyclopædia Britannica and had a similar rate of "serious errors".
I will post a link to this study on your page since youtube doesn't allow links in comments

Wikipedia is a false source bro? Well I hope you graduated from high school....cuz while wikipedia may not be the BEST source it is a totally reliable source that can be trusted and valid. An early study conducted by IBM researchers conducted in 2003—two years following Wikipedia's establishment—found that "vandalism is usually repaired extremely quickly—so quickly that most users will never see its effects"

Wikipedia is a false source bro. I learned that back in high school. To your ealier comment about WE THE PEOPLE. This is the 21st century now bro lol, not the 1700's. We dont have a a say anymore, as you can see by the passing of this bill. Even though 56% of the people didnt want it, congress still passed it. rasmussenreports- my source. Closer and closer to complete governemnt control. That was the real purpose of this. You think they actually care? The rich are rich and the poor are poor

You can check all this out on wikipedia by typing in USPS and you can look for the sources wikipedia provides to validate their claims...as I already have

While prior to the re-organization the postal service may have been losing some money that was not the cause of its reorganization and I would like to see some source for that...The Postal Service Act signed by President George Washington on February 20, 1792 and established the Department. So for almost 200 years the department functioned fine and its only real problems that led to its re-organization were internal worker related problems.
-
Goohuman where are you getting your information? The re-organization was a direct cause of the U.S. postal strike of 1970. At the time, postal workers were not permitted by law to engage in collective bargaining. Postal workers felt wages were very low, benefits poor and working conditions unhealthy and unsafe. Management was outdated and, according to workers, haphazard. Informal attempts by workers to obtain higher pay and better working conditions had proven fruitless. Not from loss of money
-
Two quick points: Glad you brought up the postal system. It was re-organized because it was a vialble business, yet was losing money under government control. It actually competed well with UPS and FedEx for some time.
Also, you mentioned you sent me some links? I've received nothing yet. Could you please try again?

Here is another social program that WORKED..The U.S postal system..Since its reorganization into an independent organization, the USPS has become self-sufficient and has not received taxpayer-dollars since the early 1980s..Now please do not say well look at it now its going bankrupt..I Know..But the USPS was working fine and was creating a balanced budget for a number of years until the email was invented. Email has banrupted the Postal system not the system itself so it was selfsufficient

Goohuman and after you made your point about France being a failed system...I pointed out the flaw in your point....Something can work totally fine while managing a debt, and France was implementing new taxes to sustain the system which I cited.....So the system can function totally fine with debt...So your point is not valid...and you act like Capitalistic systems work so much better too...Well look at it now...did a hell of a Job with the American economy...but anyway the France system is fine
Obama was a single-payer advocate...
...and now he is a complete douche-bag.

If this bill goes into effect expect your income to be reduced 20% in 2011 and also expect you healthcare cost to go up not down. The premiums for a public option are set to be 10% below private so you $800 policy will be $720 but you going to pay higher prices for product, higher taxes, lowered wages. That is what you get with these plans.
