Dviračio žinios did not made that up and they are not really anti-polish, they are anti-polish nationalism in Lithuania. Same with politicians - they are against the people who do not respect the different culture (same applies to Lithuanian right-wing extremists). Although you can get a different pictures from some reality shows, where even Lithuanian Poles are anti-polish, that's ridiculous.

In Lithuania you can get yelled at by minorities if you don't speak Russian or Polish

And what in Polonism is threat to Lithuanian culture? "Wilno nasze" first in my life I heard from "Dviracio zinios" and his lightly anti-polish sense of humour.

"But there are different people, like some politicians"- there are diffrent politicians. But one thing is sure: without anti-polish propaganda made by your conservatists and nationalists, Tomaszewski would be 0.

  • @khulik

Many Lithuanians see Polonism as a threat to Lithuanian culture and sometimes it's not without a reason. Sometimes it is. The Polish people I know are OK and the idea of "wilno nasze" is ridiculous to them. They know LIthuanian language, they know Polish language, they know the blend of Polish/Russian/Lithuanian, which is the most popular language of Lithuanian Poles. They don't see us a threat and we don't see them that way. But there are different people, like some politicians

Should opinion be tolerated when it supports racism, homophobia, discrimination? Religion is what united and divided Europe at the same time and brought up many many flaws to this civilization. Look at USA, the daughter of Europe - it's a third world country where discriminating homosexuals equals freedom of religion. Religion is disgusting and religious people are the cancer for all the mankind. Especially Islam and Christianity - they are outdated, incompatible with democracy.

"and second religion is the source of all evil and should be fucking banned everywhere."- relligion is also source of our civilisation. By banning relligion we would end with "democracy", with freedom of opinions. But your country and huge part of your countrymen treats Polonism (polish culture, language, history) just as you treat faith in God/Gods.

  • @khulik

Just stop talking to me as if I was LITHUANIA. I do not support nationalism and I think Poles should have their rights. But I was really mad when some Polish political party which is in charge of the area around Vilnius declared that this land belongs to the King Jesus. First, that is against the Lithuanian Constitution (Lithuania has no official religion) and second religion is the source of all evil and should be fucking banned everywhere.

  • @fashionable5consumer

We stopped agressive revisionism towards Lithuania 20 years ago-now it's your turn to stop your agressive nationalism towards Polish minorty, because this your nationalism deletes effects of our "stooping our revisionis".

  • @fashionable5consumer

    "Polish minorty are Polonised Lithuanians!"

    "Polish minorty is Vth column!"

"Ban Poles voting! (Vytautas Landsbergis for LT radio)!"
