The documentary gets the cognitive thinking clicking and was annotated on the lower script line with 2009 information.

This was the first CAFR1 video that got the ball rolling for international disclosure of the CAFR (local government's - Annual Financial Report) of which was the biggest shell game played in government finance. Selectively created budget reports "for the year" were presented to the population and the CAFR never a mention being that it showed the true wealth held (developed over decades) and complete gross income (investment; Tax; and Enterprise)

If any of this were true the remedy is simple. Get a copy of the CAFR of Stockton, California to the creditors of Stockton, California. If those assets exist as Mr. Burian claims the creditors can fight for access to the funds. The precedent will be set that the funds must be used to benefit the public

brilliant discovery i think this could happen by people shouting out and demanding disclosure...i would imagin that the money stashed away is overseas under ficticous accounts...i think the hardest thing to do is going to be tracking down the funds...i just found out about this a couple months ago...i've talked to several people...but not a single one of them believes this is happening...i was tagged a "conspiracy theorist"...anyway...i'll do my best to spread the word...thanks for this info...
