@Sennuba I'm surprised I wasn't asked that earlier. It's the person with channel "fatfortyyearold" and she's saying "pozhaluysta, gospodin Huliganov", which means "Please, Mr Huliganov".

Thank you so much again Victor.. I finally made it to Moscow this month (minus 15 !) and went to sokolniki park for the ice skating...... It was an amazing place, with all the 'old' people dancing to music in sub zero temperatures, the fairground rides and of course, the ice skating too.Thanks again for all your videos. All your Russian lessons helped me immensely on my trip too. I hope to return soon with my Russian language even more improved.All the best Victor, thank you again.
Security precautions for car parking and for a dwelling place look to be about standard for a large city. What is the crime rate in Moscow compared to other cities of this size? I ask because I'm planning a visit next year.

It's lower than most places as long as you are insured, and put the badge they give you on your asset.
