@chillaxed1 Also - "You are not paid what you are worth" is not meant to say they are meaning to underpay or whatever you may be implying. That was severely taken out of context. It is meant to say that they would pay you above and beyond if they could. They know and understand that each employee has to work their butt off and that they're worth so much more for everything they're doing at their store and with their customers.

@chillaxed1 While there may be a lot to accomplish, it's a growing company - everyone is learning and growing with each day and situation they come across. If there is failure to communicate properly with coworkers, that is an individual store issue. Corporatewise - they care very much about their employees, want and help everyone succeed, and are great people to work for! Lovesac has a great culture and while sometimes it's overwhelming, I wouldn't work anywhere else!

The company has a lot of work to do. I use to work at the Tysons and Columbia location and between the manager and corporate managers they were very unorganized. You are not paid what you are worth(quoted from the employee handbook) and over worked without any compensation. For a non full time position its a great job but do not take a full time position. They dont care about their employees. They aswell fail to communicate properly between coworkers and keep alot of secrets from employees .
